I love to work with people.
That’s why I love Design.
Design serves people, it is highly political and always reflects a position. As a designer, I have the responsibility to steer that position into the direction of the people. As a researcher, I have the responsibility to hear every voice and make sure these voices are also heard by others.
That’s why we need more research.
Research is about finding a way to communicate the human complexity to stakeholders & teams, make them part of the process and in the end, really work human-centered instead of user-centered. Ultimately, this makes a design just sooo much better.
That’s why I trulybelieve in collaboration.
Designing for people, we need to collaborate. We need to have a shared vision of what to reach, a mapped out mission of how to get there and clearly defined roles. And we need to know: we can only achieve our goals together.
